Have you ever wanted to know more about chocolate and where it comes from?
Take a journey from bean-to-bar as we discuss how chocolate is made, from the cacao fruit to cacao nibs to the finished chocolate. Then we will smell and taste the differences between chocolates from different origins as part of a side-by-side tasting of 5 bars.
A short complimentary tour of The Foster and wilderness watercolor paintings by British artist-explorer Tony Foster will follow the tasting for those interested. The class is led by Corinne DeBra, who has sampled and written about a different chocolate each day for 12+ years on her chocolate blog.
