Movie Night at Wild Equity

Please join the Wild Equity Institute for the screening of three fantastic short films: "Return Flight", "Achieving Balance", and "Returning Home". A discussion with writer, producer, director, and co-founder of Filmmakers Collaborative, SF, Kevin White will follow the screening.

Return Flight: Follow the journey of the bald eagle's recovery from DDT contamination, overhunting, and egg collecting.

Achieving Balance: Narrated by John Cleese, this film chronicles the efforts of state and federal resource managers to remove non-native rats from Anacapa Island.

Returning Home: Over the span of ten years, dedicated scientists worked with local schools and government agencies to restore the Common Murre to their ancestral home off the coast of San Francisco.
