Kepler's Strange New Worlds

Almost 10 years ago, we were treated to a visit by Professor Basri when he talked about the promise of the Kepler mission to discover extrasolar planets; that is, planets around stars other than our own. To borrow from Star Trek, we were truly "exploring strange new worlds." We are most pleased to welcome him back to hear about all the amazing discoveries that space based telescope has brought to bear.
