METHOD BREWING - Data Driven Beer, Tasting & Testing with Kenton Hokanson

Brewing beer is deceptively, wonderfully easy - soak the grain, add the hops, and invite all your friends over. It's easy to make good, interesting beers at home, but creating a favorite beer again and again, or using inventive new ingredients or processes, requires attention to a few details. 

In this class, we'll learn some easy and inexpensive ways to test, measure, calibrate, and quantify beer, helping you design and create better and crazier brews. 

We'll taste and analyze a beer brewed at BioCurious, in a class led by Kenton Hokanson, a founder, brewer, and beer geek at Method Brewing.

3-5pm: 20 minute intro followed by hands-on beer analysis and testing
