Black Girls CODE has set out to prove to the world that girls of every color have the skills to become the programmers of tomorrow. Join Smithsonian Ingenuity award winner and Black Girls CODE founder Kimberly Bryant as she works to empower girls of color to become innovators in STEM fields, leaders in their communities, and builders of their own futures through exposure to computer science and technology.

Speaker: Kimberly Bryant, Executive Director of Black Girls CODE, a non-profit organization dedicated to "changing the face of technology" by introducing girls of color (ages 7-17) to the field of technology and computer science with a concentration on entrepreneurial concepts.
