Eureka! The Science Comedy Show

Eureka! is an interactive science comedy show where we demystify science in a way that is relatable, educational, and entertaining. Audience members are encouraged to answer our guest scientist's questions for special prizes. 

July 19th, we will be discussing healthy aging with epidemiologist and geneticist Dr. Gregory Tranah, alongside guest comedians Kevin Whittinghill (Laughing Devil Comedy Festival), Samantha Gilweit (International San Francisco Comedy Competition), and Ron Chapman (SF Sketchfest). Put away those anti-aging creams and come laugh your ass off!

Dr. Gregory Tranah is a Professor at the California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco. He has extensive experience and training in molecular epidemiology of aging and age-related diseases. His current work involves the genetics of aging and age-related traits and he is engaged in research to discover the genes associated with longevity.
