Climate Change and innovative paths to a sustainable future

 

The industrial and agricultural revolutions have profoundly transformed the world, but the unintended consequence of these revolutions is that humans are changing the climate of Earth. I will briefly describe recent data on climate change and then turn to the rapidly changing energy landscape and how science, engineering and innovation can provide a path to a sustainable and more prosperous future.
