Learning with a computer in your pocket

In our world it's difficult to manage without a computer in your pocket. Smartphones open great possibilities for accessing information and communicating over time and space. Yet there is a growing body of research that says that it's costing us, in depression, distraction, and loss of productivity. How can we walk the line between staying connected and losing our focus? This talk will provide a starting point to discuss how we can harness the power of our mobile devices without letting them control us.
