Bay Area Science Festival

The 12th edition of the Bay Area Science Festival, Northern California’s largest celebration of science, returns to San Francisco. For the festival, we will be transforming the beautiful expansive lawn and pine grove at the Koret Quad of UC San Francisco's Mission Bay campus and adjacent renowned educational, medical and biotech research facilities to showcase the world of STEM.

We’re bringing together STEM role models, families, youth and adults to experience over 100 jaw-dropping demonstrations, hands-on experiments, astounding games, behind the scenes lab tours, film screenings and science talks that will inspire future scientists and show how science shapes the way we live.
