In July, OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, unveiled its latest product, ChatGPT Agent, which it claims can "handle complex tasks from start to finish" using its own computer. Meanwhile, tech giants like Amazon and Google are also advancing their AI agent capabilities. McKinsey's research reveals a 985 percent increase in job postings for agent-related roles between 2023 and 2024.
