Dan Barber

Dan Barber is the Chef of Blue Hill, a restaurant in Manhattan, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, a nonprofit farm and education center. Barber has received multiple James Beard awards and was named one of Time's 100 most influential people in the world in 2009.
