Kids and Spices

Awaken your senses in this wonderful exploration of spices! We will journey into the Tropical House to see some of the plants that give us our favorite spices-- such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, black pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, and more. (We'll check in on our "chocolate tree" too!)
Learn about where these plants grow, the different ways you can use them, do some taste-testing, and create wonderful fragrant art to take home.

Workshops are designed for child participation with their parent/caregiver. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Includes admission to the Garden.
