Planting Trees for Mekong Giants

In Cambodia, wildlife and people depend on a unique and fragile freshwater ecosystem. The flooded forests surrounding the Tonle Sap Lake support a bewildering array of animals. Yet the lake's fishery is collapsing. This would lead to the loss of one of the most productive fisheries in the world, with devastating effects on Cambodia's poor. David Emmett will present the work CI is doing to maintain this ecosystem for the people and wildlife that rely on it.
