Ecology is progressing in new directions thanks to modern observational tools - allowing scientists to see, study, and protect the environment. Join the Science Communication Lab’s team and guests for a screening and discussion of their award-winning short film “A Walk in the Woods.” Learn what it was like filming a redwood forest after a large wildfire and how film can offer a new window into the natural world. This film will be available to watch at the Microcinema throughout the day.
