Def Story Slam joins us tonight for Buggin' Out, a story slam that takes a fun look at the world of insects.  There will be music, advocacy workshops, insects and best of all – your stories about bugs!  Partnering with the Collective Liberation Tour, the Insect News Network, Pesticide Watch, and Bay Localize, Def Story Slam will present an  empowering evening of community building, ecological education, and story-based edutainment. Come learn about how insects impact our everyday lives and what role they play in shaping our world.  Glynn Washington (host of NPR's award-winning Snap Judgment show) will be the featured storyteller, but members of the audience will also have a chance to say their tell stories on the mic.
