Preparing for Floods and Sea Level Rise in the Bay Area

Three ongoing project are helping us visualize the impacts of flooding and sea level rise on our cities' futures. A networking reception will be followed by a moderated discussion to explore how work done by the California King Tides Initiative, Our Coast Our Future and FEMA is helping cities plan for the future impacts of one of the most disastrous effects of climate change.  After the discussion, you will have a chance to test some of these new planning and communication tools.
