Dark Universe NightLife

Celebrate what we don't yet know about our ever-expanding Universe. This week, NightLife plunges into the great unknown!
In the planetarium, catch the Academy's newest space show Dark Universe, a cosmic voyage that explores the mysteries of dark energy and dark matter.
In African Hall, create celestial mobiles-from comets to super novas-with the help of SCRAP SF, and attempt to draw the unknown with Sharon Art Studio.
In the Forum, join SETI Institute senior astronomer Seth Shostak as he breaks down the astronomical world of unknowns and hear how the concept of the unknown influences the groundbreaking work of photographer and Guggenheim Fellow Charles Lindsay, SETI's first Artist-in-Residence.
At the Project Lab, learn about the Academy's efforts to explore little-known hotspots around the world-from the deep sea to the sweltering badlands of Africa, and remote places in between.
21+ only.
