Free Workshop: Zero Waste & Be a Sustainable Citizen

This workshop is all about taking you to the next level – beyond basic recycling – and arming you with information and simple, meaningful actions you can practice immediately so you can promote zero waste and become a "sustainable citizen."

This interesting and engaging class explains how we are all part of the solution to reducing our energy and resource consumption. The workshop focuses on the principles of "Sustainable in 10" – ten actions that cost no money, create cost savings and reduce your environmental footprint. The average "sustainable citizen" household can save over $550 per year, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The instructor, Todd Sutton, an expert with over 22 years in the environmental field, has appeared on national television including Discovery and the History channels, and has educated thousands on waste prevention, reuse, recycling, and composting.
