Astronomy Day
It's a star! It's a satellite! It's a... well, what is it? Throughout history astronomers and scientists have made accidental discoveries of new stars, planets and more through trial and error. In celebration of National Astronomy Day on October 8, the East Bay Astronomical Society and other local astronomers will be present to share their research, teach the basics of operating a telescope and inspire the next generation of astronomers to make their own discoveries.
