Designing for Continuous Delivery

Continuous Delivery gives a developer the ability to put newly developed code into production without human intervention provided the code passes a series of automated tests. Continuous delivery depends on an appropriate tool chain but it also depends on an appropriate design of the software being deployed into production. This talk will motivate Continuous Delivery, describe how an architectural style called "Micro Service Architecture" satisfies the requirements implied in the motivation, and discuss what needs to be added to the style to support Continuous Delivery.
