Pragmatic Translational Informatics for Health Care

As director of informatics research at the UC Davis Health System, Nick Anderson does research into the effective uses of biomedical data, information and knowledge for scientific inquiry, problem solving and decision making. Because informatics is at the core of many transformative efforts in health care, Anderson's expertise and leadership will help build the institution's capacity to optimize information technology and further develop this important field throughout the organization.
