Tending Your Inner Ecosystem: Nutrition for your Digestive System

Learn how our invisible residents shape our lives from birth to old age. In this 1-hour class, we will discuss the importance of our "inner ecosystem" to our health and longevity. We will explore how modern lifestyle and dietary habits (such as readily available, highly processed foods) have altered our gut flora and impacted many aspects of our health, including immunity, digestive health, and even insulin sensitivity. We will talk about the myths and realities of prebiotics and probiotics, and how you can nurture your healthiest "inner" environment.
