New Developments in mm-Wave and THz; Markets, Technologies, and Measurements

This presentation will describe the latest trends involving mm-Wave and THz frequency ranges. A brief survey of the market dynamics driving moves to higher frequencies will be discussed. This will be followed by a survey of some of the technologies being deployed. The talk will conclude with some discussion of measurement challenges and solutions at these frequency ranges. A case study of advanced E-Band (60 to 90 GHz) will be included.
