LSST@SLAC: Tony Tyson: Understanding the LSST CCDs

Like all detectors, our CCDs have "features" which should be understood if we are to maximize the science.  I will review thick CCD detectors, their science justification, their care and feeding, modeling, lab measurements, and impact on Camera and other LSST subsystems including Data Management.
