The state of the art Marine Mammal Center, headquartered in Marin Headlands, contributes to the critical understanding of the state of our greatest resource - the oceans. The center oversees 600 miles of coastline and has treated over 18,000 marine mammals since 1975. Join leading expert, Claire Simeone on assignment from NOAA- National Marine Fisheries Services, who oversees critical logistical support for mass stranding events, oil spills and related marine mammal care focused on elephant seals, harbor seals and California sea lions.
