Stargazing At MHLT Fernandez Ranch

Free Public Stargazing at the Muir Heritage Land Trust's Fernandez Ranch with the Mt. Diablo Astronomical Society, EAS and Chabot. MDAS members will setup telescopes to view the Planet Jupiter, Saturn, our moon, and other objects. 

Bring kids, binoculars, warm clothes (temperature can drop), snacks, water. No need for a flashlight but if you must bring one cover it in red plastic. Astronomy program is weather dependent, including high fire danger.

Note: Christie Road is only accessed from Eastbound Highway 4, the turnoff is about 200 feet before the overhead train trestle.
