Apertif, 11-11:30am (Ken). Kick off the day with some caffeinated potions.

The Anatomy of a Broken Heart: For all the Future Mad Scientists, and Medical Professionals who can't get enough lab and dissection time... 11-1pm, $10 (Alan). In Honor of Valentine's Day, We  offer time of Reflections and Suggestions on How Take Care of the Most Important Heart:Yours and Your Loved Ones--All While Dissecting Another's (A Pig's heart to be specific). PLEASE RSVP BY THURSDAY, FEB 11 SO WE CAN GET HEARTS.

ImmortaliTEAS, 12-12:30pm, served at 1:30pm (Ken). Enjoy infusions of an immortal nature.

Smut, 12:30-1pm (Ken). Learn how to make your own smut! From corn, sheesh.

Cheesemaking, 1-2pm, $5 (Maureen). Make your own goat cheese from store-bought milk. Crackers optional.

Guerrilla Grafters, 2-5pm (Margaretha + Ian). Join the Guerrilla Grafters for grafting demos, moss graffiti, and to tinker with small electronics that secretly tell you about your guerrilla graft! Grafting tutorials will happen on the 1/2 hour mark during this time, and attendees can receive a small fruiting scion and tips for where to find more.

The [Guerrilla Grafters] graft fruit bearing branches onto non-fruit bearing, ornamental fruit trees. Over time, delicious, nutritious fruit is made available to urban residents through these grafts. We aim to prove that a culture of care can be cultivated from the ground up. We aim to turn city streets into food forests, and unravel civilization one branch at a time.

Essential oils, 3-5pm (Aristides). Extract scented essential oils from your favorite plants and herbs. Emulsions may be purified and used in homemade cosmetics workshop.

Homemade cosmetics, 5-7pm, $10 (Maureen). Make your own scented soaps and bath bombs. Bring your favorite herb to the essential oils workshop to personalize the scent.

Mad science elixirs and desserts, 5:30-7pm, $25 (Patrik). Partake in agar gel-o, liquid nitro fluorescent beverages, and more in this after-dark workshop.

Digestif, 6:30-7pm (Ken). Wind down the culinary day with something to rest the tastebuds.
