Cafe Scientifique: Women in Academic Medicine

Invisible bias still exists in today's society. Women have outnumbered male medical school graduates for decades; however, women still do not make up a significant portion of leaders in Academic Medicine. Systematic approaches to address society's and institutional gender biases will be discussed, with particular emphasis on Stanford Medicine's progressive policies.
