California Education and the Environment Initiative (EEI) workshop

The Coastal Commission is partnering with California Education and the Environment Initiative (EEI) and the US Army Corps of Engineers to offer a FREE workshop on Tuesday, July 26 from 9:30am-1pm at the San Francisco Bay Model in Sausalito. Experience a ranger-led tour of the Bay Model as well as activities from the EEI curriculum and the Waves, Wetlands, and Watersheds science guide, while integrating Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards. The workshop is aimed at grades 3-8 but all educators both formal and informal are welcome. Participants will receive a copy of Waves, Wetlands, and Watershed and learn how to order free EEI units.
