2017 Youth for the Environment & Sustainability (YES) Conference

Each year, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission sponsor the Youth for the Environment and Sustainability (YES) Conference on climate change, public health, and transportation as a part of the Spare the Air Youth program.

At the YES Conference, hundreds of Bay Area students come together to discuss better ways to get to school or work, participate in leadership workshops put on by other teens. Students learn about paid internships, the latest climate science and technologies, enjoy photo booths, bike blenders, bike repair workshops, aquarium of the bay workshops, art, music, and receive big prizes and giveaways.

Registration is easy and free, breakfast and lunch is provided, and we have free shuttle transportation to/from the conference.

WE ARE SEEKING STUDENT PRESENTERS AND KEYNOTE SPEAKERS! NOMINATE YOUR DYNAMIC CHILD OR STUDENT LEADER.
