A Change in the Tide

Take a walk around the refuge and explore the different habitats that line the San Francisco Bay. Develop a greater understanding of why these habitats are here, how they’ve changed over time, and what is being done to protect them today. There will be opportunities for wildlife viewing, as winter is the prime time for waterfowl and shorebirds. This will be a 1.0-mile walk on flat terrain and boardwalk.
