Mushrooms from a Korean Perspective

Although the dynamic is shifting, thanks to the popularity of Korean Dramas and the current chef romance with our ingredients, many people in this country still don’t know much about our culture as distinct from the other East Asian countries of China and Japan. As a mushroom club president and a woman of Korean ancestry, I look forward to sharing my heritage, its particularities and Korea’s cultural, culinary and medicinal relationship with the fungal kingdom. It should be a fun time for all.
