Accepting Radical Ideas in Cosmology a SkepTalk: Berkeley (Note: Time change)

Priyamvada NatarajanCosmological discoveries in the past half-century have transformed our understanding of the universe: accelerating cosmic expansion, dark matter and dark energy, supermassive black holes, exoplanets, and a possible “multiverse” are radical ideas that have reshaped our cosmic view. Prof. Priya Natarajan will discuss the debates and controversies that followed these discoveries. She will argue that science shifting and incomplete as it always must be offers the best path we have toward making sense of our wondrous, mysterious universe.

Priyamvada Natarajan, Professor of Astronomy & Physics, Yale University
