Park Prescription Day

Calling all families: We invite you to join us for Park Prescription Day, a FREE celebration on Crissy Field in front of the Crissy Field Center. There will be fun activities for all ages and abilities, including zumba, tai chi, obstacle courses, dance-walking, ranger-led walks, and healthcare screenings. You can also learn about ways to use public transit to access your local parks, healthy eating, exercise tips, and youth programs in parks.
