California's State Energy Commisioner will talk about new developments, incentives and initiatives for renewale energy such as solar, wind and hybrid models; and their environmental and economic impact in the Bay Area and the state. David Hochschild was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown in February 2013. He fills the environmental position on the five-member Commission.
