Just a decade ago, many companies didn’t even have a Chieft Information Security Officer (CISO). Today, the CISO enhances the business by protecting it, but not by rejecting ideas on the grounds of security. The right security can help generate profits and growth whereas the wrong security will result in loss. CISOs must consider threats to the IoT landscape as mission critical components to their security strategy, which includes an in-depth understanding of the IoT.
