The Search for a Cousin of the Earth: Science or Fiction?

The featured speaker for the Eastbay Astronomical Society meeting is Dr. Franck Marchis: He will discuss the search for Earth-like exoplanets conducted at the SETI Institute in collaboration with institutions around the world. Dr. Marchis is senior planetary astronomer and chair of the exoplanet group at the Carl Sagan Center of the SETI Institute.
