Green Friday:Life and Legacy of John Muir

This month's Green Friday presentation will be a treasured walk through the life and legacy of John Muir led by Devin Jackson MA.Ed, a 6th Grade Middle School Science/Engineering Teacher, currently in his 6th year at Foothill Middle School in Walnut Creek, CA in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.    Devin is a longtime environmentalist and hiking enthusiast and an avid follower of John Muir’s research and writings on botany, phenology, and ecology (Life-Sciences) and environmentalism, glaciology, weather and climate (Earth Sciences).
