Plankton by the Bay Fieldtrip

This is going to be a really fun day. We will meet at the Visitor Center. We will have special access to the private pier and research station to collect plankton samples and to view them under microscopes. If you need a break from the microscope, step outside for a spectaular view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay, waterbirds, perhaps whales and more. You can also stroll over to the nearby fishing pier and see what is in the fisherman’s buckets.
