Girls Day @ The Tech: Science Safari

Bring the whole family to Girls Day @ The Tech: Science Safari, an event devoted to providing girls with opportunity, inspiration and fun with STEM learning. We’ll offer special hands-on animal-themed activities designed to empower girls along with their siblings and parents. You’ll engineer a device to help move Pandas to new habitats in The Tech Studio, make animal shadow puppets, learn how owls hunt and digest their food by designing owl pellets with our friends San Jose Public Library’s Maker[Space]Ship, meet real engineers and veterinarians, and so much more! Plus, it’s a great time to check out our new IMAX film “Pandas” about an American biologist working with scientists in China to help save the species.
