The Crucible’s Fire & Water Open House

Join us at the end of the summer for a day of fine and industrial arts inspired by aquatic life and the most abundant natural resource! Nineteen of our departments will be celebrating water with art, fire, and fun, while raising awareness and funds for The Ocean Cleanup. The Ocean Cleanup is a nonprofit organization that is designing and developing the first feasible method to rid the world’s oceans of plastic.

Enjoy a carefully curated Crucible Art Gallery and a Youth Art Gallery, delicious beer from Old Kan Beer & Co, and cuisine from a local food truck and our neighbors Ground Level Snack Shop. And make sure to come ready for hands-on activities in Ceramics, Stone Working, Jewelry, then sign up for your next Crucible class, taking advantage of $25 off each one!

Parents of small children will need to pay special attention, as our studio space does have some rough edges.
