Cell-based organs and meat are opening up new frontiers and changing how we eat and repair our bodies. To help us understand these amazing developments is biomedical engineer George Engelmayr, a former professor at Penn State and currently leading the bioprocess engineering team at Memphis Meats, a mission-driven company developing cell-based meat without slaughtering animals.

Joining him on stage will be host Kevin Whittinghill and comedians Mark Smalls (SF Punchline) and Julie Ash (SF Sketchfest).
