Learn how, by focusing attention during meditation, we can gain happiness and harmony.  Dr. Manish Saggar is Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Stanford University School of Medicine. His research focuses on the intersections of cognitive science, neuroimaging, and computational modeling. Dr. Saggar has been meditating for 20 years.
