Machine Learning and Empiricism from the Lens of Silicon Valley
I look at how and where machine learning is deployed in practice, pulling lessons and anecdotes from academia, venture capital, and various industries. Central to this is a working thesis around "radical empiricism" which seeks to analyze the evolving duality between machine learning and epistemology. I point this lens across Silicon Valley and venture capital itself hoping to shed light on the future of venture capital as an asset class and practice.
