Professor Shawn Douglas will take us on a journey through the cutting-edge science behind DNA nanotechnology. He runs the Douglas Lab at UCSF where they use biomolecules, like DNA and proteins, to create novel tools and devices to perform useful tasks on the nanoscale. Think of it as DNA origami that can create molecular machines and DNA robotics. Wild stuff!
