DevOps Journey Experiences

The days are over when the developers do code complete and forget about how code is getting rolled, monitoring in site and dealing with incidents left out to ‘Ops’ teams . The reality is that it is very achievable to get a great DevOps model working, giving the agility required in organizations to go faster. Transformation into a DevOps model also comes with challenges and pitfalls, of which the DevOps should be aware. I will take us through some of the experiences in DevOps journey with Self Service Provisioning, Self Service Path, Self Service Deployment, Self Service monitoring, Incident Management, Problem management etc.
