Climate-change solutions when there is no more time - Livestream

Our Speaker, Chris Field, is a Director at Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment. His research focuses on climate change, especially solutions that improve lives now, decrease the amount of future warming, and support vibrant economies. Recent projects emphasize equitable decarbonization paths, including natural climate solutions, as well as decreasing risks from coastal flooding and wildfires.

Field was co-chair of Working Groups of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that submitted reports to the UN on managing the risks of extreme events and climate change adaptation.

We have a great opportunity to hear from a scientist who has had a unique perspective through the events that have brought us to where we are today.
