- Hands-on demo: Learn how to build your own worm bin and start composting at home.
Crabbing On Alcatraz: 3 - 4:30 PM
- What can crabs tell us about the health of SF Bay?
- Go beyond the usual prison and Civil War-era fort tour - help catch and release crabs from the waters around Alcatraz.
- Learn about the San Francisco Bay ecosystem and how marine life helps us track environmental health.
