Understanding Addiction Night 3- Drugs Over Dinner
Jeffersonian Dinners are a get-together over dinner where one meaningful conversation is shared, exchanging different perspectives. The dinners originated in the 1800s with President Thomas Jefferson.
Tonight’s dinner is inspired by a group of healthcare and wellness leaders who founded, "Let's Have Dinner and Talk About Drugs" and are committed to having conversations about psychedelic medicine. Their project aims to inspire an ever-growing community of people to talk openly about the healing benefits and some of the challenges with the expansion and growing availability of psychedelic medicine.
As part of our “Understanding Addiction and Recovery” series at Manny’s, tonight’s dinner will focus on the subject as a whole, with a focus on psychedelic-assisted therapy for addiction.
