The Quest for Cooperation in Regional Sea Level Rise Adaptation

Sea-level rise adaptation in San Francisco Bay requires cooperation among policy actors at multiple scales. This talk will investigate the major barriers to sea-level rise adaptation and current steps being taken to address those barriers.  There is a central focus on governance issues from the perspective of polycentric structures and collaboration networks.
